Event background:

Trust Conference is an annual human rights forum committed to finding real solutions to fight slavery, empower women, and advance human rights worldwide. The annual event convenes over 700 delegates from the worlds of activism, civil society, law, government and business in the heart of London for two full days of inspiration, networking, and action.

EC Events Expertise:

Working alongside long term client Summerhouse Media, EC Events were brought on board to run the logistics for this global event.

Location, Location, Location:

With a diverse audience and essential information to be shared, our role started with finding an inspiring venue to accommodate the audience. With its central location and state of the art facilities, 155 Bishopsgate was the perfect choice.

End-to end delegate management:

With the venue in place, we moved onto pre-event delegate management and onsite registration. From managing the guest list, creating the registration form, creating and sending regular communications to final attendee instructions, we provided an efficient end-to-end solution.

AV for VIPs:

With an event centred around VIP speakers such as Teresa May, the audio-visual set-up was critical. Working with a preferred AV partner, EC Events produced all technical and creative aspects to ensure this vital part of the conference ran smoothly.

Managing Sponsor and Partner relations:

Each event we work on has unique elements and this was no exception. The Trust Conference works with carefully selected partners to provide exclusive access to a highly-influential audience. A key part of EC Events full-service event management was to provide pre-event and during-event logistics expertise to ensure all partners had their needs met in terms of exhibition booth space, facilities, print production and leaflet distribution.
